An antique Japanese pewter box. The rare metal box is heavy and collapsing on the sides. A great primitive look, however the exterior lid has a wonderful etched garden depiction. The hinged box also has a knob handle of undetermined origin. The box is relatively heavy, may contain a high amount of lead, and measures approximately 7 1/4" x 5 3/8" x 3" tall including knob. Age unknown.

In vintage condition with lots of tings and dents and the afore mentioned collapsing sides, please review photos.

Vacation Announcement: Duckwells will be on vacation July 16-July 25. All orders received after July 15 will be shipped on July 26.
